Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Residential HVAC Warehouse Associate to support daily warehouse operations and assist the Warehouse Supervisor. This role plays a critical part in ensuring our installation and service teams have the materials and equipment they need to deliver high-quality residential HVAC solutions. The ideal candidate is organized, safety‑minded, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, and organizing HVAC equipment and materials
- Pull, stage, and prepare materials for residential HVAC installations and service calls
- Help load and unload equipment, parts, and supplies
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards
- Verify incoming shipments for accuracy and report discrepancies
- Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and tracking materials
- Support the Warehouse Supervisor with special projects and operational needs
- Properly handle, store, and transport HVAC equipment and refrigerants
- Return unused materials from job sites and assist with restocking
- Follow company procedures, safety guidelines, and OSHA requirements
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior warehouse, construction, or trade-related experience a plus
- Basic knowledge of residential HVAC equipment and materials is helpful but not required
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials safely
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
- Ability to follow instructions and work well as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in an HVAC, plumbing, or electrical warehouse
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Familiarity with inventory tracking or warehouse management systems
- Experience supporting installation or service teams
